This weekend, Biden will address a joint address to Congress, which will be his first “Union State” on the eve of the 100th day of his presidency.
The address, which is usually given by the president in February, a month after it opened, was pushed back to April this year due to complications from the ongoing coronavirus epidemic.
Although the speech in the first year of the presidency is not officially known as the Message State of the Union State, being in their role for only a few weeks at the time of the session, it is often referred to as it is identical in size.
Mr Biden made it clear that he would not make a major speech to Congress about his political goals until the coronavirus aid package, which was finally adopted in March, was adopted.
When the aid package was adopted, պատվ Immunizations in the United States began to rise, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi invited Mr. Biden to speak with Congress.
“Almost 100 days ago, when you took the oath of office, you promised with great hope that ‘Help is on the way.’ Now, thanks to your historic transformational leadership, Help is Here. Mrs. Pelosi wrote:
“In that spirit, I write to invite you to address the Joint Session of Congress on Wednesday, April 28, to share your vision for addressing the challenges and opportunities of this historic moment,” he added.
During the message, the President informed the Americans about the current state of the nation, discussing next year’s economy, policies and proposals.
The January 6 Capitol riots, in which five people died and several were injured, and the epidemic continue, Mr Biden will certainly have much to discuss despite being president for three months.

When is the address of the Union State?
Mr Biden will address a joint congressional hearing on April 28 at the US House of Representatives at 6 p.m.
It will be about two months after the president’s first address to Congress since taking office, as it has been postponed so that Mr Biden and his administration can focus on fighting the current epidemic.
The address will look different in 2021, as National Guard troops will be stationed near the US Capitol to defend themselves in response to the uprising earlier this year.
The palace will also not be as crowded as it usually is, as social distance guides will still work, forcing members of Congress to give up typical sums and put some in the visitors’ gallery.
However, Mr. Biden will invite some special guests who will not appear until April 28.
Where can I view the address?
Mr. Biden’s State of the Union address will be broadcast live Independent:, with a page dedicated to the event.
All major US networks, including CNN, Fox News and ABC News, will provide address flow, with each channel providing its own analysis of the proceedings.
The address will also be broadcast online, via the White House official YouTube page, on all channels on the video sharing platform.
Mr Biden is expected to talk about his $ 2 trillion (4 1.4 trillion) infrastructure program, as well as the Covid-19 vaccine trial in the country. A dose of 200 million vaccines was administered in the United States last week, doubling the president’s goal in his first 100 days in office.
Speaking to reporters last week, US Spokesman En Psaki hinted at what Mr. Biden would discuss in his first address.
He said Mr Biden would “speak of all the priorities – his commitment to rebuilding a better economy, controlling the epidemic, addressing challenges around the world.”
