Properly hold the key to properly fold. It should look like a sect, not a volcano

What do the mustache, the cake and the mulch around the tree have in common? They are all circles with a hole in the center. People underestimate the landscape practice of adding too much or too little mulch around a tree, which causes the trees to grow slowly or even die.

We all want our trees to bloom. Studies have shown that young trees can double their growth rate when they are surrounded by grass. Grass competes with water և nutrients, slowing down root growth.

Rong ari strong roots cause rapid growth in the upper. Organic wood chips not only eliminate competition, but also cool the soil, retain moisture, and release nutrients to improve growth.

A common disease of young trees is damage to the bark of the base of the tree. We usually create this damage in our persistence by removing each blade of grass with a mower or string cutter.

The bark of a young tree is delicate, thin, the slightest blow to the mower or trimmer damages the layer. The tree has little protection to recover from damage. Water և The movement of nutrients decreases over time եցնում slows down growth. There was rot and decay, leading to removal.

Think of a cake լի cake as a great example of tree mulch. The tree trunk should be in the middle of the hole. Start removing grass 3 to 6 feet from the tree.

Next, spread the organic wood mulch over the area to a depth of 2 to 4 inches. Finally, use your fingers to remove the mulch from the trunk by about 3 to 6 inches, creating a hole in the cake. Apply a layer of mulch every year, keeping the layer 2 to 4 inches.

Mulching goes off the rails when it looks more like a volcano. The deep mounds of mulch around the trunk create this conical appearance. Mud accumulated on the trunk causes it to be constantly wet. This problem causes the cambium layer to rot and decay.

After the cambium dies, the tree also dies. If the tree really survives, growth will slow down dramatically, never achieving our goal, decorating our landscapes with a beautiful tree.

The roots of a healthy tree need oxygen to grow. Deep piles of mul cover exclude oxygen from the soil. The result is the development of shallow roots in the mulch, not in the soil where they should be. These roots are weak and do not support the tree.

If your tree is improperly trimmed, it is easy to fix. Remove the mulch from the perimeter of the tree. Cut off any shallow roots that may be covered with mulch.

Apply the mulch around the tree by spreading it, creating a 2 to 4 inch layer of trunk և cookie hole. Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions, such as finely chopped down, not a volcano.
